By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. jilieo may request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
To register an account on jilieo, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered details and must update them promptly should any information change.
Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one active account on jilieo. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. jilieo reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a player found to hold duplicate accounts and to void any outstanding balances therein.
The jilieo platform is operated for and targeted at players based in Pakistan. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. jilieo makes no representation that its services are appropriate or legally available in any jurisdiction other than those it expressly serves.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jilieo will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
In the event you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify jilieo immediately at [email protected]. jilieo reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.
jilieo may at any time request that you complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting one or more of the following: a valid government-issued photo identification document (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete requested KYC checks within the stipulated timeframe may be suspended or closed.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting jilieo support. Upon account closure, any verified real money balance remaining will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
An account is considered dormant if no login or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jilieo reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after the initial dormancy period. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any such fee.
jilieo currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. jilieo reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at its sole discretion with reasonable notice to Players.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. jilieo will not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods from which a prior deposit has been made on the same account. jilieo reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are displayed within the Platform and may vary depending on the selected payment method and volume of pending requests.
jilieo reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on jilieo are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. Where USDT TRC20 is used, conversion to PKR equivalent will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. jilieo is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on jilieo are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds or bet size, and validity period are specified individually for each bonus offer. Real money funds will be used for wagering before bonus funds unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
jilieo strictly prohibits the exploitation of bonuses through techniques including, but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, reverse arbitrage across markets, or any pattern of play identified as bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is detected, jilieo reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close the player's account.
jilieo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Once a promotion has been claimed by a Player and the associated wagering requirement has commenced, the terms in effect at the time of claiming shall apply to that specific bonus instance.
All bets placed on the jilieo sportsbook and all wagers placed in casino games are final once confirmed by the system. jilieo does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the Player. It is the Player's responsibility to review all bet details prior to confirmation.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on jilieo. These limits are displayed within the respective game or market interface. jilieo reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including in response to specific Player account conditions.
jilieo reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: the bet was placed on an event that has been cancelled or abandoned; the odds or game outcome was affected by a technical error; there is reasonable evidence that the bet was placed in violation of these Terms; or where the outcome was determined by an event of force majeure. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake amount.
All sports betting markets on jilieo — including cricket, PSL, international football, UFC, and esports — are governed by the specific market rules displayed within the sportsbook interface. In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. jilieo does not guarantee the continuous availability of in-play betting on any market.
Each casino game on the jilieo platform, including live dealer games, slots, fishing games, and table games, is governed by its individual game rules accessible within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the Platform will apply the result determined by the game engine at the time of disconnection. jilieo is not liable for losses incurred due to connectivity issues on the Player's side.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. No Player may reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written authorisation from jilieo.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilieo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including without limitation losses arising from: interruption or unavailability of services; technical errors, bugs, or platform downtime; decisions made based on information displayed on the Platform; or unauthorised access to your account by a third party.
jilieo's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit jilieo's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
jilieo collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilieo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact jilieo support to close your account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
